Watch this Video: Paul White explains that God’s government has no end and continues to increase.
“Jesus came to die to for the sin of the whole world, whatever your favorite sin is. Whatever sin you accept or don’t accept. Jesus Christ came, and let me say it better, Jesus Christ came to be Sodom and Gomorrah at the cross.
He who knew no sin, was made to be sin, so that we may be made the righteousness of God in Jesus. ” – Paul White
7 There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace,
On the throne of David and over his kingdom,
To establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness
From then on and forevermore.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will accomplish this.
14 “For the earth will be filled
With the knowledge of the glory of the Lord,
As the waters cover the sea.
1 Corinthians 11:28
27-28 Anyone who eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Master irreverently is like part of the crowd that jeered and spit on him at his death. Is that the kind of “remembrance” you want to be part of? Examine your motives, test your heart, come to this meal in holy awe.
“Aren’t we supposed to be on watch for false prophets, aren’t they going to increase in the last days pastor? Doesn’t the bible say that Jerusalem is going to be surrounded by armies? Doesn’t the bible say that two are going to be in the bed and ones going to be taken and one’s going to be left? Doesn’t the bible say to flee to the mountains when you see these armies around Jerusalem? Doesn’t the bible say …?
Yeah, it says all those things. And it said it to a very specific audience in a day (time period), in which they were living. That’s why the early church kept saying things like, ‘these last days‘, ‘we who live in these last days‘, ‘once here at the end of the age, has this appeared.‘ Because they were talking about the end of the way of life of Judaism which the whole bible is framed around.
That doesn’t mean that there’s nothing left in your future. It just means that a lot of what you think is in your future is actually in your past. And there’s good news in your future, REALLY, REALLY Good News in your future.” – Paul White
1 Corinthians 15:22
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
John 17:20-26 (Jesus’ Prayer)
20 “I do not ask on behalf of these alone, but for those also who believe in Me through their word; 21 that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me.
22 The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; 23 I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. 24 Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.
25 “O righteous Father, although the world has not known You, yet I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me; 26 and I have made Your name known to them, and will make it known, so that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.”
